How to return or exchange a product

- Package the item up and send it back to the address below, we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage
- We process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than 30 days
We will guarantee you a full money-back refund within 14 days of purchase on any item, as long as it is in its original packaging and condition. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons. Ladies who Lunch offer a 6 month warranty on all products. The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs and careless handling and the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, wear parts such silk, leather or waxed cotton. Please note the special care instructions included with your purchase.
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.

Standard UK delivery costs £4.50 and orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days via a first class Royal Mail service.
Express UK delivery is also available at a cost of £7.95 for orders placed before 1pm. Orders will be delivered on the next working day. Express Postage is available if your order is more urgent and you can choose Express Delivery for UK orders only.
International delivery is charged at £10 worldwide.
Our free gift service and packaging
Each order will be beautifully gift wrapped in lavender tissue and organza bags. We are happy to handwrite a gift message for you and send directly to a gift recipient. There is no extra charge for this.
